Well to cut a long story short I complain and get results! In fact over the past year I have been compensated to the value of over £2000.00. After reading an article published in The Good House Keeping June 2017 edition, "How to Complain" my instant reaction was 'is that it? What, no way, they've completely underestimated the results that can be gained from complaining'.

So this is where my story begins, this has probably been one of the most exciting weeks of my life and hopefully just the start of more things to come. What The Good House Keeping article actually did, is it prompted me to share my story. On Wednesday evening I googled "sell my story" and found a website, I had to give a brief summary of my story and submit it and if I didn't hear anything within 14 days, then I wouldn't hear anything. Now this is where the excitement started, the next morning at 8.59am I had a voicemail, it was from a press agency and they were interested in my story! "OMG, OMG, OMG" yes this was me jumping around and screaming like a crazy person, I couldn't believe it! I rang them back, had an over the phone interview and that was it, they wanted my story!

They suggested that I start a blog and then they could help me get a book deal, "me, ordinary me, a book deal, what the hell, OMG, wowsy wow!" Not only that, I've had my first offer for an article!!! I will be travelling to wherever it may be, (yet to be confirmed) next week for a photo shoot, hair and make-up. And I've been told that this could lead to a regular article in a magazine, plus more newspaper, magazine and TV deals. I'm just an ordinary girl and this is just the most unbelievable, most amazing thing that could have happened to me and right now I'm just overwhelmed!
